This is a special event.   We are doing paperless ticketing.  We only send e-mail confirmation, bring that with you to check in. 



You must have camping tickets to access camping area. No vehicles in tent camping area.

Camping ticket allows tent, car*, trailer*, or RV* .

NO HOOK-UPS on site for trailers and/or RV's.

*NO CARS, Trailers or RV's allowed to tent camping sites


No power available at sites.  NO CAMPFIRES ALLOWED!

The first day for advance ticket prices by mail order is Thursday March 26th  2015.

The last day for advance ticket prices by mail order is Wednesday June 17th 2015.

                          Please read and follow all mail order instructions before sending in your payment. 


Actual ticket orders will still need to be processed for payment before being filled.  Processing will be done according to the guidelines below.  Failure to meet the processing guidelines will result in an unfilled order.  


Please read the mail order directions carefully.  Failure to follow directions will result in your order being returned unfilled.  Ticket orders will be filled on a first come first served basis.  There will be no sorting done upon receipt of mail, except by postmark, however our mail is delivered it will be sorted from the top of the stack to the bottom based on the date of the post mark.  Illegible postmarks will be given a best possible guess as to the date sent.  We will only take money orders and cashiers checks.  Sorry no personal checks.  No credit cards can be accepted, no payments through paypal or any similar services can be accepted for mail order.  All ticket order payments must clear the bank or your ticket order will be voided and will not be filled. 

No ticket orders will be filled until payment clears the bank.  Once payment clears you will be notified.  All unfilled ticket orders will be returned.  Each person can order a maximum of six(6) tickets.  Duplicate orders from the same person will result in both orders being denied.  Mail order envelopes will be filled based on postmark not date received, it may be helpful to request the post office to “hand cancel” the stamp for you to ensure it is legible.  We are using this method of filling orders to ensure people from diverse geographical locations have an equal chance of having their order filled.

The following must be included inside your mail order envelope.

  1. Payment
  2. 3” x 5” index card with:

      Your name, address, number of tickets  

      What kind of site you want(tent/trailer/car/RV). 

       Please, you must include a phone number and E-mail address. You will be            notified when your order is filled.  Make sure it is correct and legible or else we       cannot contact you.

  1. There will not be any paper tickets issued this year, only email confirmation. You will pick up wristbands when you arrive at the show.


No personal checks can be accepted.
